Why is there a Player Development application process?

The application process helps Training To Prosper:

  • Properly place athletes

  • Maintain a high-quality development environment

  • Ensure alignment between athlete, family, and program expectations

Not every athlete is automatically accepted and placed into a tier. Placement is based on overall fit, commitment, and developmental goals.

What is the difference between the Core, Player Development, and Academy memberships?

Each membership is designed for a different level of athlete commitment, structure, and development needs.

  • Core focuses on building consistency and foundational habits.

  • Player Development focuses on progression, accountability, and structured growth.

  • Academy provides a full development system including mentorship, analytics, performance training, and family alignment.

Can parents, managers, owners be involved in the coaching process?

Absolutely. We believe parents play a vital role in their athlete’s development. Training to Prosper provides parent workshops and accountability plans so families can actively support their child’s growth on and off the court.

Can my athlete move into a different membership later?

Yes, As athletes grow in consistency, commitment, and development needs, membership placement may be adjusted to better align with their progression, availability, and goals.

How does the 3 month membership commitment and monthly billing work?

Training To Prosper memberships are structured as a 3 month development commitment designed to help athletes build consistency, accountability, and long term progression within the system.

Memberships are automatically billed monthly throughout the 3 month commitment period to ensure uninterrupted access to training, mentorship, scheduling, and development resources. Payments will continue to renew each month until all 3 scheduled membership payments have been completed.

After the 3-month commitment has been fulfilled, families will receive communication regarding continuation options, membership renewal, or any updated development recommendations for their athlete.
